Was this the test post that was scheduled to happen two years ago and got delayed by project management issues and technical problems because cables of the different sections of the test post just didn't connect and there were difficulties with the composite materials that were used instead of aluminum like it was common practice with test posts for decades?

This was no worse than the average powerpoint presentation...
Ordinarily I would remove a test post after I got the behaviour I wanted or gave up on getting it. But I'm loving the comments here too much.

... and because the items in the bullet list are now outsourced to third-party oem manufacturers, of course. Always better blame someone else.
