We got some new simulators and - due to their increased capabilities - are currently working on creating real-world training scenarios.<br /><br />From simple ones like an engine failure while VFR above an undercast (an issue here in the States since the FAA doesn't require a rating beyond Private to fly like that) and density altitude examples, to partial panel, no vector approaches at night.<br /><br />And, since the industry and regs are always changing, we can't stop learning ourselves, else we become stale old 'greybeards.'<br /><br />Now, back to thinking of more ways to 'torture' the students...GPS_Directhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00900545332230106711noreply@blogger.com
